The Iron Point Connector now offers direct bus service from El Dorado County to the Sacramento Regional Light Rail in Folsom. The Iron Point Connector makes four, weekday round-trips.

The route makes Eastbound stops at both Kaiser Folsom, Intel, the Folsom Campus of Folsom Lake College, and Red Hawk Casino.

One-way cash fare for the Connector is $2.50 ($1.25 for Seniors, Persons with Disabilities and Medicare Cardholders). Combination Regional Transit/Iron Point Connector passes are available from El Dorado Transit. Combination passes are good for unlimited use of both services and cost $130.00 per month.

Students with a “Student Access Card” from the Los Rios Community College District or CSUS students with a valid Student ID, receive a $1.00 discount off the regular, one-way fare.
