LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT SERVICES
The El Dorado County Transit Authority (Transit), in cooperation with the County of El Dorado (County) and home builder Toll Brothers, Inc. is constructing the Bass Lake Hills Park and Ride project, a 100-space public park & ride facility in El Dorado Hills, CA. Improvement plans for the project have been prepared by CTA Engineering and Surveying, and have been approved by the County for construction, with a condition that a Landscape Plan be prepared by Transit that meets all of the requirements of the Bass Lake Hills Specific Plan. Transit is looking for a qualified landscape architect to prepare a landscaping plan for the project to be implemented as part of the current construction or immediately thereafter. The final landscape plan should include irrigation, planting species lists and locations, and recommendations for maintenance and long-term care.
