El Dorado County Transit Authority (EDCTA) in Diamond Springs, CA, 95619, is requesting proposals from qualified Design and Engineering Firms to provide all plans and specifications for two (2) Projects; Project No. 22-02, El Dorado Hills Park and Ride and Project 25-03, Cambridge Park and Ride, will require circulation modifications, pavement rehabilitation and some transit shelter modifications as further identified in the Request for Proposals RFP document below.

Proposals will be due on March 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM, and may be submitted via personal delivery, USPS, FedEx or UPS with tracking. Any proposal received after the due date and time will have that proposal returned unopened.
