REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ON DEMAND SCHEDULING SOFTWARE
The El Dorado County Transit Authority (El Dorado Transit) is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide Transit On-Demand Scheduling Software. The software requested will be used to schedule, route, and dispatch El Dorado Transit on-demand rides for seniors and disabled persons. In addition to serving as a client database, the software will automatically generate the most efficient and realistic schedules and routes. The specifications listed are to be interpreted as meaning the minimum required by El Dorado Transit. The Proposer will commit to providing products and services that are consistent with these specifications in every regard unless an exception is clearly noted. El Dorado Transit may accept a proposal subject to an exception if, in the sole judgment of El Dorado Transit, the proposal meets or exceeds the specifications.
