Sacramento Commuter Routes
Commuter routes run Monday through Friday from El Dorado County into downtown Sacramento. Starting at the Central Park and Ride in Diamond Springs, commuter routes pick up passengers at the Ray Lawyer Drive Park and Ride in Placerville, the Ponderosa Road Park and Ride in Shingle Springs, the Bass Lake Road Park and Ride in El Dorado Hills, and the El Dorado Hills Park and Ride.
Sacramento/South Lake Tahoe Connector Route
The Sacramento/South Lake Tahoe Connector Route runs daily between the Sacramento Amtrak station and the Stateline Transit Center. Additional stops include the Cambridge Road Park and Ride in Cameron Park, Placerville Station, and the Wye Transit Center in South Lake Tahoe. This service is provided through partnerships with the Capitol Corridor and Amtrak.
Dial-a-Ride
Dial-A-Ride is El Dorado Transit’s curb-to-curb transportation service, available by advanced reservation. Curb-to-curb means that the Dial-A-Ride van or bus will pick up a passenger at the designated location at a pre-scheduled time and take them to a pre-scheduled destination. Dial-A-Ride is available to seniors (60 and older) and persons with disabilities who are registered in the El Dorado Transit Dial-A-Ride system.
Sac-Med
SAC-MED buses transport passengers between park and ride lots and medical-related appointments in Sacramento County and in the Roseville area on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The fare is $10.00 one-way.
ADA Paratransit
ADA Paratransit is an origin to destination transportation service operating during the same hours as the local fixed route services. The ADA Paratransit service operates within ¾ of a mile of the Local Fixed Route services provided within the Placerville, Pollock Pines, Camino, Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, Diamond Springs and El Dorado service areas for ADA eligible passengers.
MY RIDE
The My Ride mileage reimbursement program enables seniors (60 or older), veterans, or disabled residents of El Dorado County (not including the Tahoe basin) who are registered for the My Ride program at El Dorado Transit to reimburse their friends, neighbors, or family members for providing them with transportation in their personal vehicles.

Free juror transportation is available in Placerville.
